Through these 20 days I can definitely feel my lower abs get stronger! Now I can do leg up and downs and actually have my back not arch (though I still use my hands to support)!!! Even though my form is still not proper at least it improved A LOT!! THANKS MADDIE FOR THIS JANUARY CHALLENGE TO KEEP US MOTIVATED 🥳 WE GOT THIS GUYS!!!

Whooo that second set though... the burn was REAL. Also I’m just throwing this out there but keeping my legs up for any amount of time after yesterday’s leg workout was SO FREAKING HARD 😂

I’m 42. This is literally the 1st workout I have ever done that engaged my lower abs TOTALLY, WHILE ALSO carefully keeping by lower back from getting injured! NOTHING ELSE has WORKED! I did this today and I was literally sweating, even though I was doing normal ab workout cruches, plank, basically bowflex's ab workout but this has really challenged me. I could barely have my legs straight and move up and down. So I'm going to keep doing this everyday. I hope my stomach start looking slim and I look lean which I want. This is truly giving me high hopes and motivation to work out thank you and please keep updating.

I just did a 30 minutes cardio, 15 minutes booty and now this workout. Broke a sweat, felt the burn and most of all, enjoyed it the whole time.
