This is actually the first time I've literally felt the burn in the right places. This workout actually made me feel the burn in my lower abdomen and I'm so happy about that! Saved for the workout playlist

I'd be curious to understand the rational behind the zero breaks. I understand you want to keep it "intense", but I've found that allocating 5 seconds in-between movements makes a world of difference in regards to being able to keep up and perform the FULL set, without affecting intensity. Also, simply factoring in the few seconds required for the human body to physically change positions. I think allowing 5 seconds between movements is less of a "break", and more of a necessity in order to get the most out of these workouts...as opposed to potentially missing out on 5-10 seconds of a 30 second set in order to change positions/take a breath. Just some feedback!

Such an amazing workout!! Feels so good afterwards. The burn is intense but satisfying!! I’m pretty sure I have tightened up and started forming some toned abs!!! Thanks so much for this workout, girl. Also, the last 30 seconds is the ultimate killer! 🤣🤣

Whenever i feel my stomach starting to soften and become pudgy i do this workout and by the end my stomach feels more toned and hard and flat. definitely my favorite and most effective workout by far

Yes! Finally!! I can do so many ab workouts but never feel the burn which always discourages me. I felt the burn this time and that makes me so so happy!

Been off of all exercises for 5 weeks due to a shoulder injury - I was able to do most of this workout (except planks) today without using my arms too much. Very hard workout, but so great to be back in the game. Hopefully in the next few weeks, I'll be able to put weight on my shoulders again. thanks Maddie - Happy New Year everyone!

I’m 8 months PP and this was tough, but it felt SO good! Lots of moves that were new to me and the only one I couldn’t do it all was the cocoon with both legs lol excited to work on it and get my core strength back! Thank you! ❤️

This is one of my favs! It burned while doing the workout and I felt it the next day. Longest 10 minutes ever but so good! Thank you for your awesome routines!

And have had 9 major spinal surgeries with fusions and hardware plus my right shoulder and arm with a rod and screws. Though I’ve been going to Pilates for 7 years and I cannot say enough good things about it. People remember we have medical issues, though exercise will help you, if I listen to the Drs. I would be in a wheelchair and more. So thank You for your exercise feature, I couldn’t keep up ( lol ) though that’s o.k I still did the program. All my blessings to you and the ones behind the scenes 🙏🌷💯

Oh my goodness!!!! You weren't kidding about the burn!!!! I love your stuff because of the low impact, but intense and effective! Your workouts are perfect for a busy Mom and FT nurse to squeeze in in the morning before everyone gets up. But I don't work up a sweat so I can do the workouts and go. Thanks for everything you do!!
