Hi, my name is Callie and I'm a certified Pilates and Barre instructor and certified holistic health coach. As a former competitive figure skater who struggled with body image and chronic injuries, I fell in love with low-impact “flow” type workouts, like Pilates and barre. After spending many years feeling bloated, low energy and discouraged, I realized the power of listening to how your body feels before/during/after your workout. Not only do you see physical results through doing the right exercises for you, but you also get a GUARANTEED MOOD BOOST! Combining my favorite transformative mind and body practices, I've created my own technique of movement: an empowering blend of motivational affirmations, Pilates, and barre style exercises.

My pet peeve about workouts has always been how out of shape I feel the whole time I’m doing them, but this was so calm and easy while still feeling like I got a nice little workout was so awesome. Loved it!

I used to be incredibly athletic, but the past few years I’ve dealt with depression and chronic illness. Every time I try to exercise it either invokes symptoms or makes me feel like crap. I found this channel and I am so grateful, this is the first workout that I can do while feeling mentally and physically strong enough to do it. Thank you Callie, we love you!!

actually cried throughout the affirmation parts. you said "say one thing you love about yourself" and i couldn’t think of anything. i really hope to change soon, ty for making this- im going to do everyday now

Callie, I've been severely overweight my entire life due to an autoimmune and very low mobility. I haven't exercised in years & felt so bad about myself. I bought a mat and jumped into this today and just wanted to thank you. It wasn't super easy but it wasn't so hard that I gave up and your words at the end with the self hug made me tear up. Thank you for making me feel like I can do this and maybe have a normal life again eventually.

A beginner workout that is actually a beginner workout that didnt make me feel horrible about myself.

Alot say their beginner but if your out of shape for whatever reason it can be so hard to follow along. This was amazing. Love the affirmations, the flow and style and general encouragement. Will definitely do this again. I hope you have other videos like this too.

you are literally the sweetest, I love the affirmations. I feel like some Pilates instructors are very negative because they expect you to be at the point they’re at, but you’re completely different and I love that about you. Deffo my new favourite Pilates channel ❤️❤️

the positive affirmations throughout this made me feel so confident! I am not doing this to change my body, i have just felt kind of unmotivated so I decided to give this a try and the affirmations and kind words really helped alot, the vibes were so positive and amazing and i cannot wait to do this again tomorrow!

I absolutely LOVE how you give form advice in these workouts. A lot of fitnesstubers don't tell you where you should be actually FEELING a movement, or they use anatomical names that are confusing to beginners. brava!

This was incredible I've had whiplash for the past year and have recently been feeling strong enough to attempt a work out. Your affirmations carried me through and help me not judge myself for the things I could not do. actually crying while I type I didn't know how much I needed that.

i've been dealing with symptoms of eating disorder leading me to starve and be never active. I lost a lot of muscle weight and I suffer from anemia : every "beginner" workout is way to difficult to me, I can't manage to do the exercise in the good way... I want my body to build back its strenght, and it's literally the first video I was able to do without problem. in addition the stretches at the end makes me feel so good afterwards !! it's way to soft to magically bring my body strenght back but doing this in the morning to prepare for a day is a breathe of fresh air ! thank you so much for this !! <3
