Hi, my name is Callie and I'm a certified Pilates and Barre instructor and certified holistic health coach. As a former competitive figure skater who struggled with body image and chronic injuries, I fell in love with low-impact “flow” type workouts, like Pilates and barre. This was my first workout in years, I decided that I wanted to try to regain my strength, and the self-love talk throughout was so lovely! I ended up crying at the end, it was such a beautiful reintroduction into moving my body to just make myself feel good. Thank you so much! ❤

This was my first workout in about 7 months, im usually consistent for 6 months then fall off for 6 months so and so and this was perfect for getting me back into fitness again! Thank you!

I hate exercising, but I love how it makes me feel. Things I love about this video: there's music which sets the mood, clear instructions throughout, short exercises that eliminates frustration, and mostly the positive self-talk. I never experienced such a combination in an exercise video before.❤

I usually can't sit through an entire workout video without getting bored or feeling like I hurt too much, but I got through every exercise! The positive affirmations definitely helped a lot <3

Literally found myself tearing up doing this workout!! I needed these affirmations. I’ve been very extreme with workouts (either not working out at all and self-sabotaging or working out way to hard and punishing myself).

I’ve been looking for workouts that feel kind to my body but also motivate me to push myself. I haven’t realized how long it’s been since I’ve said good things over my body. I’m really excited to make these videos a part of my daily routine. I think they’re going to increase my mental and emotional health, as well as physical. Thank you so much. ❤️

I would consider myself as a really fit person, I tried Pilates the first time and I am surprised I felt my abs and my glutes burn that much, I LOVED IT! I will continue to use your video as my morning routine :)
Exited to do more advanced ones when I am ready for them :D

This was amazing, I went to the pilates studio often and it was so expensive and the moment I realized I can be doing these movements right at home for FREE was amazing and today was my first time and It feels so good. Not too much but just enough to feel the effects on my body. Thank you🥰

Day 1. I tried another beginners workout yesterday and it was very hard so I thought badly about myself for finding a beginners mode hard but doing this made me feel better and I will probably follow ur workouts from now on :)
Day 2. Felt better than yesterday, my bum hurted all night but will continue, made me feel relaxed and my stomach feels tighter
SPOILER ALERT :
basically I got bored after like day 10 of doing it and I switched to another of her workouts and it worked a lot better for me

This is the first pilates work out that I have done and your aura and dialogue with people watching this video was just amazing. I felt so encouraged and it reminded me why was watching this video and copying your moves, because I love myself!
