I am a teacher and I love that she shares every step of what I should be focusing on. Other instructors talk about non related and I have hurt my self exercising. I have never hurt myself when I exercise with this instructor. You are exceptional!😊 thank you 🙏🏽

Really enjoy this as a quick warm up to start my day. I grab some yoga blocks before I start - I have really tight hamstrings and it helps me with the flat back in the lateral stretches. Thanks for this and your other lovely videos!

That felt incredible! It was gentle enough to gently stretch my very stiff back, and intense enough to stretch the other parts of my body that are very flexible. Thank you!!

Great warm up! I almost gave up on some of the spine roll through because I couldn’t straighten my leg all the way😢 No fear tho because I’m gonna keep going and track my progress! Thank you!

Great quick warm-up: that is how I have been using it, but I think it would also work as a cool-down, eh? with the rolling and especially the stretch in the legs. Thank you!
