Been a martial artist most of my life. Had an accident last year almost paralyzed me, don’t practice anymore, doctor said ok to do this and it is helping to regain strength and mobility.

Thanks for video. I’m 42 year old man that lifts 4 days a week & cardio 3 but am always so sore & stiff. I hope starting doing some Pilates will help my flexibility.

I've been trying to get in shape to help keep my husband motivated. He's joining the Army in August and I want to show him that we are in this together. And our son is 1 year old, so I want to show him that it's important to take care of our bodies. I never had parents who worked out or did exercises, so I want to be that for our son and my husband.

First time - was looking for Pilates workout to help alleviate the pains in my neck that come up all the time working behind a desk in front of a computer! After trying this out, I’m now a subscriber :)

Never done any sort of Pilates before, this got me into it and even after running side by side the first time my whole core was hurting for a week. After 2 weeks I do this at least every other morning, and depending on how I feel, I'll run through it twice. I'm looking forward to checking out the next "skill level" vid. Appreciate the videos and the humor!
