Thank you for sharing these exercises. I have so much widespread pain that exercising is difficult and this was nice and gentle, and your commentary is very reassuring rather than trying to make me think that I should feel like a 20 year-old again and be able to do everything!

Hi Jessica I’m new to Pilates as well just learning… It’s so annoying to have a commercial in the middle of this exercise… If only you could just have them all the beginning before you start would be great thank you it’s very distracting… Especially for a new learner… Appreciate your video so thanks🙏

I have a question. I have a bad right knee and I could never get on that knee or put pressure on it for now probably forever because I have to have a knee surgery replace it, so do you have a lot of videos that don’t require using the Knee like this one

I really enjoyed this. However, the ads in the middle of the routine was really distracting. I know there has to be ads, but hopefully You Tube will place them at the beginning or the end. Not in the middle of the routine! :(
