Cutting out sweets, soda, and dairy has helped me lose so much weight. Also I stopped eating fast food and wow not only do I feel better, my acne has cleared up. I love your tips!

I'm on the end of week 6 and I've lost exactly 20 lbs. It was easy all I had to do was basically only eat salad and chicken breast and work out 5 days a week and walk 2 miles every evening. also I dont eat after 7 pm. (Just a little update I've lost around 50lbs now).

This is so helpful! I’ve tried losing weight in the past, tried starving did work but it was temporary, I had no energy, I wanted to sleep all the time felt dizzy and tired constantly. What you said really is the best method!!!! I’ve also tried that, you lose weight healthily and feel stronger! You deserve more followers

I’m going to follow exactly what you did so I can lose my weight.. I’m currently 148 and have to lose 20 pounds. My partner of 2 years left me simply because I didn’t lose weight.. I know I’ll be better off without him, however this is something I will do now for myself so I can get my confidence back! Thank u for sharing this video it was helpful ❤️

As a registered dietitian & certified health coach I strongly agree with what you say about plant-based eating!
Thank you for spreading the message that an animal-free/non-processed way of eating is best for most bodies & is a powerful, conscious way of living.
Most concerns with “adequate protein” are promoted by the meat & dairy industries who tell people they need to consume these products in order to meet their daily requirements. We’re finding now it’s simply not true; and fresh, whole, plant based foods are the way to go!

I've done this twice. Every time Ive gone keto for 6 weeks I've lost at least 10kg (22lbs.) First time I went from 90kg to 78kg. Then a couple of months later I went from 78kg to 68kg. Its 1 year later and I'm still 68kg. My goal is to get back to 58kg which is where I was at before kids. I'm going keto again.

Omg thank you for being high energy! I hate YouTubers that take forever to get a sentence out, don’t enunciate, or just sound like their nose is plugged. I’m super sensitive to sounds so certain things just drive me up the wall. Anyway thanks for the information and being you!

I had a baby almost 2 years ago & I’m now at my biggest at 145. I’m not big in general at all but my BMI classifies me as overweight (I’m 5’2). If I was taking care of myself that wouldn’t bother me but I know I’m not being healthy so that was a wake up call. Definitely taking notes & hope to get healthy again 💕

I usually hate these videos cause I’m a jealous little person and they just make me feel crap about myself cause your beautiful and I’m... not even though I try so hard I workout three times a week and eat so right cause I’m allergic to a lot of food so I eat clean. But I felt encouraged I this video, your really sweet and honest so just thanks

How I loose weight: I live in the top floor of my house and am hella lazy so whenever I'm hungry I'm just like "I'll eat soon I dont want to walk down the stairs of doom" (they're really steep)
