starting on saterday 14 december 2024 !!
i want to lose 5 kg in 1 week
my plan :
1 - have 2 meals per day
2 - no sugar
3 - never eating food ater 6 pm
4 - try to drink 1, 5 l per day
5 - no bread
6 - do the le sserafim workout everyday!

Cut off a body part is the only way to do this. However, lets do some math. Thats about 40, 000 calories of fat burned. Most people eat 20, 000 calories a week (high end). So if you ate NOTHING, you still have to burn 20, 000 calories. Basic metabilic rate per week is about 15, 000 calories. So you still have to burn 25, 000 calories. So you need to do about 8 hours of walking per day, every day, eating absolutely nothing, to burn 5 kg of fat.

As an Indian, i will run 10k, do 2 intense sessions of gym of 2 hrs each, but please let me eat rice, chapati, veges and daal, thats lifeline for us, 😅

I tried this from 1 months ago and i am 183cm tall, Chinese male, age 20 at 110kg overweight and I lossed down to 99kg still overweight for my height but I just need to reduce it to 80kg to be counted as healthy and slim weight. Just from doing every morning runs 30min for at least 3km or more and every 3nights per week I go a social badminton club to play competitive for 2hrs while drinking at least 2L or more every single day and sleeping before 12am and it doesn’t matter what u eat as long as u r counting the calorie deficit cuz while losing fat I also ate a little bit of kfc maccas out with my uni friends after badminton.

okay so i went down from 56kg to 51kg. however this wasn’t in the span of a week it actually took me 2 months because even if you starve yourself for a week you will gain them all back just as fast as you lost them cause you’re just emptying your stomach, the fat is still there lmao. gl gals i’m not on my weight goal yet so lets see if i can update once a lose 5 more kgs

I couldn't lose weight fast😢I am now 48 kg(I am an Indian male aged 26, 162 cm) and I feel fat, many people are telling that I'm fat. I tried to lose weight by cutting some food, but, by a week, i could only lose 0.8 kg. I think this video helps me to lose 5 kg in a week as I target to reach 32 kg by a month. I am doing like this to release my anger as I don't want to live as a young adult in this present era which is cruel for me. I wish to live as a young adult aged 25-34 in 1920's.
