1st week lost 14 lbs. this is the second week and weigh in is on Sunday morning. Have also done light exercise to help myself.

Ingredients:
1) Cucumber (X1), unpeeled cut into thick sliced chunks.
2) Ginger Root, (X1), unpeeled, cut into slices
3) Lemons, (X1), squeezed, save liquid/juice for last.
4) Pineapple, (X1), peeled, cut into slices. Transfer pineapple peels into pot, add water; cover and boil, then strain and leave it to cool down.

Directions:
Put cut Cucumbers, Ginger Root, and Pineapple into a blender. Add Pineapple peel water. Blend on high until all ingredients are mixed into liquid form. Poor into a larger Pitcher. Add the Lemon Juice to Pitcher. Stir well to combine.

Enjoy!

Cucumber 🥒-1 big one. Slice it
Ginger 🫚- 1 thumb
Lemon 🍋- 2 &squeeze the juice
Pineapple 🍍- peel and bring the peel to a boil with water
Then you add the other ingredients in the blender and blend & add the pineapple peel water
Make sure you wash the fruits

it worked for me, but i had to eat plain rice before drink this to avoid gastric... thanks for the recipe its been 3 weeks i tried lost 6kg with extreme workout 2 hours a day.

Ingredients:
1 cucumber (sliced)
1 piece of ginger (sliced)
2 lemons (squeezed)
1 pineapple (peeled)
-add pineapple skin to pot of water and boil
-drain water from boiled pineapple skin (save the water)
-Add Ingredients to blender with the saved pineapple water (throw away pineapple peels)
-Add lemon juice after Ingredients arr blended
-serve

200 pounds: This is what I weighed this morning on November 28th, 2023. I already drank 20 ounces of this drink in the morning. I will drink another 20 ounces tonight before I go to bed.

I am going to do a liquid fast for at least 2 weeks, my ultimate goal is 42 days or more though. I will be drinking 2 of these juices a day; one in the morning and one at night, with water in between.

I will update everyone every 3 days or so. I hope it works out; I would love to inspire y'all. For each of my juices I'm using: 1 cucumber, 2 granny smith (green) apples, 2 lemons and a massive amount of ginger.

Long story short, I researched ginger yesterday and found out that it contains Gallic acid and a bunch of other potent fat burners. So yes, I'm putting a massive amount of ginger in each and every one of my drinks; at least double or triple of what this sweet lady is using.

1 chopped cucumber
1 chopped whole ginger
2 lemons, squeezed out for juices
1 whole pineapple peeled and cord. Save outter for boiling
After boiling strain and leave to cool.

Put all ingredients into blender including the pineapple boiled water

Blend until desired texture

For everyone asking for specific details regarding recipe measurements, how many ounces to drink, can it be refrigerated. I would suggest using half the cucumber, one lemon, half the ginger, and half of the pineapple. Boil pineapple peel with 1 cup of water. After blending all ingredients, strain it before drinking. Then whatever amount of ounces you get, drink half in the morning. Store the remaining half in a mason jar and drink in the evening. Remember keep it simple.

To anyone who may read this: juicing is not the sustainable answer to losing weight. A healthy and balanced diet plus exercise is.

You didn't get belly fat over night, so you can't lose 30lbs in two weeks. You need a diet, structured and personalized diet. Create it by yourself or make one online (NextLevel Diet for example). There are other options as well, try to find something affordable and sustainable for you. Do some form of exercise 3x/week and you'll be fine. The site I mentioned also comes with home workout plan, not that challenging but definitely helpful. All the best!
