Did this for 2 whole weeks! My diet everyday was a total of 600 kcal per day and I lost 19 pounds! This is definitely worth it and I recommend this for 15 minutes before you eat and drink lots of water

I have to do this for around 6 weeks 😭, or I can do this twice a day and I will have to do this for 3 weeks. I want to lose around 50-60lbs. I know I can do this!! Roberta's gym always helps me lose weight, I have been watching you guys for almost 2 years. Thanks for your help, Roberta!!

I did this workout before with another one and it helped me alot but I gave up to fast so now I’m going to try to add this back in to my workouts

I have did this exercise ⛹ like 11:47 mins and i have been fully sweating. If you do this for 38:18 mins then you can only imagine how will it be. Absolutely loved this workout🏋🚴💪. Hoping that the results will be good in one week. Will post the result in a week.

Im going to try this for 14 days. My current weight is 77 and im tall 160cm. I hope to lose 5 kg or more, because before summer I want to be 67kg, so i hope in may to lose 10kgs!❤️ Remind me to update
