Great job yeah I do this for my husband but for me my tension needs a harder pressure release so I simply lay on the bar part of a bar bell ..yep and even if I need harder pressure I'll even lay on the ends of the weight it self and I actually just was doing that and my head ache is gone as well as th tension ...
