These guys always crack me up. They remind me of what youtube might have been like if it was around in the 1980s or 90s haha

Love you guys! Retired OT here who specialized in upper extremity. Now, I'm having issues with UE of my own. Thank you "old" age! :(
I'm really getting a lot out of your videos. Thanks, guys! Not only have I been doing your exercises, stretches, etc., but you've inspired me to start taking better care of my diet and overall taking better care of myself.

So happy I found you. My Dr sent me to a physical therapist for my pinched nerve and she did everything wrong. She told me at some point that she didn't believe I actually had one. I feel she actually made things worse. Thank goodness I don't have to deal with her anymore. I feel this could have been taken care of months ago if she had only done what the Dr. said and treated me accordingly. Well, I'm going to try your treatment and pray that it works.

I have been dealing with a pinched nerve with severe shoulder discomfort/pain for a little over a year. I went to 2 different chiropractors which helped relieve the symptoms but i was always still in discomfort. Out of being desperate for something to work one night about 3 weeks as I could not sleep because of the pain, I came across this video. I now have ZERO pain or discomfort after doing the exercise (3 times a day)they demonstrate sitting down with the pole (I use a painters stick).

Thanks for sharing. I found your video at 2 am in the morning for the exercise with my arms and against the wall extensions. I had this pain for 4 days and at 2 am it got worst where I could not get up out of bed and felt nauseas. After doing your exercises with the chin, and arms I felt so much better to the point I could sleep a few hours. I then watched this video and will continue to do these steps until I get the nerve better. Again, I appreciate all the tips to making me well again. I am sure it has a lot to do that I work on a computer 9 hours a day.

I discovered this video over a week late after suffering the left shoulder and tricep pain, and it was likely due to a pinched nerve. The pain was debilitating. After watching this video, I did a few reps of neck stretching using the towel and neck bending toward the side of the pain exercises while enduring the pain for about two hours or so in the evening, I noticed improvements in the pain on the upper arm and shoulder the next day, though I am still feeling minor tingling in the elbow area, and the pain is now localized to the upper back-shoulder blade area. Thank you for sharing the exercises!
