I had an attack of sciatica several years ago to where the pain was so bad, I wound up in the emergency room, just trying to get relief. Haven't had anything as bad since, but I do get pain from my lower back all the way down my leg, and these moves WORK!!!

Thank you for this video! I was in pain, crying all week, and couldn't even go to urgent care. Then I googled, and I am glad I found your video. I did it just a few times, and the next day, the pain was gone. This worked like magic. Unbelievable!!!

While doing this stretch, I had something pop back in to place. Thank you. I wish my Physical Therapist would have known about this stretch.

Doctor Rowe, I literally just physically demonstrated this maneuver to one of my co-workers, and she heard my hip pop. Once in a while, I have opportunities to pass along to others the things that you have taught me. You are a great teacher and a generous giver of knowledge.

Key is to stay fir the 30 seconds and repeat a few times

Michael, just reporting back to let you know that I had successful pops on the first try, when my right hip was near the wall, both yesterday and today. No pops, when the left hip was near the wall. I find that seeing your thumbnails reminds me of what I learned and to do it (again). Did this and felt like my walk was smoother, in my hips with better alignment, afterwards.

Oooh, thank you for this! An old injury has produced sciatica, which (for me) is aggravated by the rains in spring & fall.
