So far none of the comments are from anyone who’s actually done these and can confirm they worked. These are generally too good to be true. Weight loss is calories out > calories in. So though these get you moving, they aren’t enough to make you lose weight unless you are severely restricting your food.

I love these workouts so much! I feel like I can always do 3-5 of these after my main workout just get that extra burn. 💪🏽 The short time length makes them so doable and not so daunting.
