This is an amazing workout especially for a 5 minute!! Quick and effective. Bz it's 5 minutes, I sometimes do it 2 -3X per day (definitely morning bf leaving for work & in the evening. It's short, go at your own speed - go fast and your heart is pumping ... can really push yourself with this w/ or w/o ankle/wrist weights.... and does a great job at stretching the muscles - I'm getting better everyday.

it targets the stomach area 👍, increases your flexibility (mine is improving) each time I am doing it and helps with coordination and balance w/o realizing it ... bonus on that 💥💥💥💥

Thanks for the exercises. Come in handy. But these exercises primarily pump up the muscles of my legs, and not the press.
