My daughters and I started doing your workouts at the beginning of Covid and have continued with them ever since! (You can do ANYTHING for 5 minutes!!) Love them. They compliment our other activities perfectly. I do your stand up abs on a regular basis at work during my prep time. And I was excited when I found out that you are Canadian!! Thanks so much.
