I do the different 5 minutes plus a 10 minute session and I have my daily 30 minutes thank you Lucy for your various exercises I feel very good. I also wanted to tell you that I sometimes try to do the exercises of other sports coaches but each time I come back to you, you are the best

Thanks for these Lucy. I'd love to see a 5 minute pelvic floor tone and a 5 minute workout for after sitting at a desk for hours to get the circulation going and improve posture after hunching at a desk!
Also, love the idea as someone else said of a gentle 5 minute workout for when women are menstruating <3

Thank you, Lucy, for all your wonderful work. As a mom of 2 little children, I still suffer from diastasis recti and I struggle to find appropriate workouts and also the time and energy to workout. I've been doing your 5-minute workouts throughout the day for quite a few months now and I can attest to how effective they are: indeed, I've lost body fat, while maintaining muscle mass, and I've been feeling so much more energetic and confident.

First day doing this workout. I love that it had the Bend and Snap. I have been doing your 15 min walk, 7min abs & arms, & your 5 min posture and bust. One day I was looking in the mirror and I noticed my inner arms look firmer. I've also lost 3 lbs in 2 week. Thank you so much! I am enjoying food and losing weight without killing myself in the gym

Absolutely love your workouts and especially these shorter which are perfect to add to other workouts. Please, please keep more coming they are amazing and yes you can certainly feel it.
