I have been doing these walking videos consistently for almost 5 months now...I cant believe how much stronger my legs are! Due to severe arthritis causing leg weakness, I have to use a walker to walk outside and to shop, My legs were getting weaker and weaker, I refuse to use a wheel chair...These are really helping!!!

Leslie's workouts have changed my life! I do 2-6 12 minute workouts a day just to keep moving. I have a desk job and am quite still most of the work day, so moving around periodically is so important. Thank you Leslie for your videos and keep them coming! <3

I was totally wiped out after work today. Standing all day. But I came home and did this anyway. Now I feel like I’ve earned the right to sit down and rest. 😘

Dear Leslie, you are a God-send. I start walking grumbling the whole time. And it takes only a minute or two to find myself with a huge smile on my face. Stays there the whole workout. I do a 2 mile and then find that I have the energy for another boosted walk ( 15 min) and then the stretches. 1000 times more helpful than a anti-depressant if you ask me. Thank you again.

I am 60 years old- started leslie's workout in July 2022 (weight 93kg). By February 2023 came down 73kg!!Came down to size 14 from size 24!!

This is one of my favorites so far. I start with your 15 minute walks and build my way up for an hour and a half total with multiple videos. Love when you have your whole team, you have an amazing and energetic group with you!!! Thank you!

My zoom friends and I started doing your walking videos every single day since the end of April. We love Leslie's personality and encouragement! We are feeling great and still going! I started Keto diet 3 weeks ago and hope to lose 100 pounds (starting at 260). Your videos have kept me from adding more and given me more energy to keep going during this pandemic! Love all of your videos and so glad to see some more variety in the routines as well! We started at 15 minutes and are up to doing them for almost an hour every night depending on our energy levels. Stretch band exercises and weights are great boosts too!

If your older and have arthritis, neck & back issues these walking workouts are wonderful! I can't do all the jumping & fancy moves, but I keep the beat of the music. When I first start sometimes it really hurts, I push through and everything loosens up, Doing some really good stretches really help after...
