I love her all videos. I am doing since 4 months everyday. And my stamina increased a lot. Knee pain gone because of overweight, lost 7 kg in 4 months. No diet .Only walk at home and out with these girls

Dear Leslie and team, I would like to thank you for the classes you make available on your YouTube channel, as they helped me not to go crazy and not to get depressed during the pandemic, especially during the 2020 lockdown.
I've been following your channel for over 2 years.
I'm Brazilian and I've lived in Portugal for almost 6 years, so you can imagine what it was like to experience all this practically alone, away from family and dearest friends. It wasn't easy and your cheerful classes helped me a lot.
I chose this particular video to make these comments, because I noticed that in it there is a lady who must be around 65 years old and she is cute. She has a vibrant and happy energy, showing joy with the exercises and most importantly: when we want, nothing can stop us!!! I'm 50 years old and I want to keep exercising like she does. I felt represented!!!!
Thank you all for helping us around the house! Today I exercise 5 days a week and I started with your classes!

am 60 years old. Started leslie's workouts July 2022-weight 93kg. By July 2023 weight 70kg. Currently size 14 from 24😄

I love your walking program.  I'm 81 and I used to dance and workout all the time.
Then I turned 80 and slowed down all the way. Now I'm so happy to have found
you on my computer and I walking 1 or 3 miles with you and your great class

Love walking with Leslie, what a life changer, in the past 6 months my blood pressure has been lowered plus I've lost 23 pounds. Even tho I have knee and hip problems, I will keep on walking with Leslie, til I no longer can!! Thanks Leslie

After all of these years and crazy hard-on-your-joints workout videos, I've come back to Leslie! So fun and so easy! As working out should be! As simple as that! I have walked with this lady for around 6 months and I absolutely love it. I was in a wheelchair for a year and had to loose weight to get my fourth replacement surgery done, I have osteoarthritis and osteoporosis diagnosed at 26 and I’m now 68 . I have had my fourth replacement surgery done three days before Christmas 2018, I a started WW in March 2018 . I lost four and a half stone to get my fourth replacement surgery done. I have now lost seven stone eleven pounds and at my goal for a year. Love being able to workout with you Leslie . I’m now awaiting my fifth replacement surgery done but I carry on my workouts!

I have to say working out every day for 3 weeks and have lost 13 lbs and feeling great. Reduce my calorie intake and about 4 to 5 bottles of water. I love it, thank you.

Leslie's videos (a few years back) motivated me to start exercising again. Now, it is a way of life for me. Variety (of types of exercises) is the key not to get bored.

I don't remember how I found Leslie, but I am so glad I did. I'm 54 with health challenges and I hadn't worked out in years. But lockdown hit, we were stuck at home and I decided to get off my butt and move. You feel so good after every session.
