Goals thru yoga: practicing consistency and discipline in a non-judgement way! I started with 10 min videos 2 months ago and now I’m climbing to 15 min ones, small wins lead to bigger victories, thank you bird 🙏 🎉

I’m turning 54 in two weeks. I’m trying to practice slowing down. I love a good workout but I need tranquility. Stretching my body is necessary at this age. Thank you for your service to humanity ❤

I've never been into yoga but I have trouble with stiff muscles a lot so I wanted to try it to see if it would help. For about a month now I've been doing your videos every day and the gift it has been to my life cannot be quantified. Not only does it help my body feel more relaxed, but it's given me peace of mind that allows me to move past the stress I feel and be more productive, which is a godsend since I've been busy and overwhelmed for months. It also gets my body moving in a slow and easy way every morning, which has given me the energy to work out more than I ever have. Your videos feel so peaceful and friendly, not just the yoga itself but also your narration, and it has helped me so much, both physically and mentally, so I want to say thank you.

I am practicing yoga to honor my physical vessel that is my body, mind, and soul. I seek to release stored energy and feel even more free, flexible, adaptable, calm, grounded, and just love the feeling of being whole. I feel aligned with yoga and I feel so good after a session. My emotional intelligence has greatly improved which I love. I love the feeling of bliss, self love, and the ability to just BE, yet other sessions I get a sense of accomplishment and love for myself for doing a pose I thought I couldn't, sticking through poses during hard times, it makes me a better person all around. Yoga brings me back to my center, my soul, my true self. Thank you Yoga With Bird! 💗🙏🏻

I practice yoga because it wakes my body up in the morning, it’s my “ME TIME” as a mom and wife. If I don’t do it, I’m out of whack 😂. I appreciate how you acknowledge the wrists, feet and ankles, that may sound random, but they’re so important and I just wanted to share that. 😊

Thank you for today’s class! ☺️❤️ I have PCOS and insulin resistance and it has made me feel so frustrated to exercise and not achieve any results but mornings with your lessons remind me that I’m worthy of slow stretches and not pushing myself but honoring my body as it is. It has made me happier and at peace. My goal is to honor my body more and find peace with the body I have as long as we’re both healthy and strong.

Thank you Bird for all the yoga videos you have on your channel available for free. I started doing yoga two years ago when I started having panic attacks. In the beginning, I did yoga once a week, now I do it almost every day. Through yoga, I want to get the peace and stability that I need every day. I don't always get what I'm aiming for through yoga, but that doesn't stop me from stretching my body every day and doing something good for my mental and physical health.
