This is a 7 min morning yoga class to help bring movement into the body and help release tension. This yoga class is also DAY 1 of my 5 day feel good morning yoga challenge! Hope you enjoy.

After practicing fairly regularly for the last few years (even if just 2 or 5 minutes a day) my routine fell apart this month when my mama passed away unexpectedly. This is the first day in weeks I've gotten back to yoga and I look forward to this short challenge. Thank you, Bird ❤

Thank you for this challenge I’m excited to wake up with this and show some care towards myself and my body. As a mother of 8 I rarely get to do things like this but starting with this challenge I want to make more time to nurture me

Thank you! Will be following the challenge for all 5 days. I am quitting alcohol for a month in November and this feels like a good day to start with the daily yoga sessions. Already feel like I can handle the rest of the month! Thanks again ❤

It's the first day.
I can feel my body is enjoying the all movements. Also I felt like I should close my eyes and I did.
