This is DAY 25 of the 30 Day Morning Yoga Challenge.
Today's yoga class is a 5 minute morning yoga stretch to feel your best in under 5 minutes!
5 minute yoga in the morning can have an incredible impact on how your day goes leaving you feel mentally and physically free.
This class will help to release tension and stretch the nights aches and muscle soreness away.

2+ Pillows or bolsters (Optional)
2 Yoga Blocks (Optional)

I really love the concept of your routines. Making them short is more attainable (esp for a beginner!) and it is much easier to stay consistent. Thank you so much! lots of love ❤️

I can't thank you enough for this morning yoga set you've been doing, I was recently diagnosed very late with asthma and ever since I've gotten my inhalers getting out of bed has been a nightmare; I was sleeping right the way through to the late afternoon and just couldn't seem to get awake for long enough to physically get out of bed. I've just started and am a few days into this challenge and been using it and the movement to get me out of bed and moving and it's really helped with my ability to wake up and actually function. You're a total gem.
