Welcome to your 45 min yoga flow. This class is great for intermediate to advanced yogis who are looking to be challenged and experience new ways of moving on the mat.

This full body sequence includes options to suit different levels and is intended to give you a well rounded practice that includes hip openers, backbends, arm balances and inversions.

The sequence includes a steady vinyasa flow with a little of everything so that you finish the class feeling like you've given your body everything it needs to have a great day.

I don't think I've ever left comments on any youtube videos but now I really wanted to say that you are amazing, I've tried most of your videos by now and they are wonderful for heat building, moving my muscles and for relaxation too. I am so grateful I accidentally found you here! I do your classes 3 - 4 times a week now, addiction!

I unintentionally took a long break from yoga after getting carried away with very intense exercise, I overdid it to the point of burn out and was very unwell. I decided to revisit this video as I knew it was one of my favourites and I can’t even begin to describe how good it felt to flow with you once again Charlie. That was such a relaxing practice my body and my mind feel amazing, thank you so much ❤️

I wasn't going to do this because I thought it would be too advanced for me... So glad I decided to give it ago - I enjoyed the challenge and I added it to my favorites. Especially liked: the backbend and modified warrior 2.

I was also able (finally) to do Skandasana when the hips dropped to the floor. I usually am very wobbly with regular Skandasana. Thank you for your work Charlie, have a great weekend :)

The cues during this class have been so articulate and thank you for providing viable alternatives that still allow me to feel that I can go deeper with those adaptations. I found the transitions to be very fluid, and when we, for example, transitioned into a triangle pose, I was able to feel very different in this position and using Parts of my body that I don’t think I had been using traditionally in the triangle pose. Thank you so very much.
