Today's workout is a 25 Minute FULL BODY Pilates Workout for beginners. For this workout, no equipment is needed but you can add on the following OPTIONAL equipment for the optimal burn:
- ankle weights 1-3 lbs (mine are 1 lb)

Hi, my name is Callie and I'm a certified Pilates and Barre instructor and certified holistic health coach. As a former competitive figure skater who struggled with body image and chronic injuries, I fell in love with low-impact “flow” type workouts, like Pilates and barre. I havent worked out in over 3 years but ive recently found out about pilates so i decided to give it a try:
Im going to be honest i didnt finish everything and even skipped some really hard exercises. Ive never felt energized after a workout but today i did.
I look forward to my progress and maybe one day i can do this workout from start to finish :)! ♡ loved the cool off ending period. im proud of myself!

I do strength training usually but have noticed i have a weak core so figured I’d try some Pilates bc everyone in socal does it. This workout was amazing for me. I love your energy and will continue watching in the future :)

This is my first time doing a Pilates workout I really enjoyed it. It was a hard at first but after a while my body got used to the burn. Thank you for this workout 💗

I love this girl so much! Everything about her videos is amazing! She doesn’t put on a fake show like other people, she’s actually happy not fake scary happy! And her videos are so easy to follow the way she does them! She’s got me excited to do these!!! So far the 7 min abs is my favorite

I love everything about this workout/video/instructor. Its peaceful, calming, relaxing, clear to follow, easy to hear. I love that there is no music! After a few weeks of doing this my body has muscles and strength it didnt have before. I am able to do almost 100% of the moves all the way. progress is an amazing feeling and consistency the best reward.
