I am so excited to be sharing another pilates video with you guys,

I've been doing this video for about 3 months now, along with 2 other videos (47 mins in total) first 1/5months I did it everyday because it was summer so I had a lot of time in my hands. Now I try to do it 3+ days a week because of school. I haven't really changed my diet. Just became vegetarian to stop myself from eating so much greasy/fat foods (you do not need to stop eating meat in order to lose weight). I still do eat a lot of junk food here and there, just increased my fruit and veggies intake. There's a huge difference, I lost 4 pounds, which isn't a lot but it's very noticeable. I look thinner and i have more of an hourglass shape now and my abs are definitely more defined. Also quit drinking soda (highly recommend) it's a good workout and easy to keep up with, it's one of the few workouts i haven't got tired of or lost motivation after doing it for a while. Working out has also boost my confidence and helped with mental health so that's a plus. Diet plays a huge part in losing weight, if you want to really notice results I recommend eating less processed food. Also you shouldn't be caring about fruit/veggie calories because they're natural, they do no harm to your body. It's a lot better than eating junks.

your workout is the only one i've found that feels very 'humane' - the way you do gentle pause every now and then and sipping water and just be gentle to yourself without worrying so much about the timer and count and all. love this and will be doing your challenge next!! much love to you <3

Dear Madeleine, Thank you so much for your motivating workouts! I love that each of the workouts are not longer than 30 min. Makes it more easy to incorporate in a day after doing school/uni stuff. Madeleine, I’ve never been more consistent with workouts in my life til I found your videos. I completed the monthly and weekly program, along with eating healthier meals, I have lost 12 lbs. in a month and a half in the healthiest most natural way. Thank you so much for showing us that we don’t have to be super human or super skilled to feel accomplished in these workouts. Thank you for being human with us. ❤

Ive been doing this workout for about 3 weeks now. I havent made any diet changes so I didnt loose any weight. However, my core got stronger and my legs are more defined. I am 22, 160cm and 73kg. I stayed the same weight but I bloat much less and I can also breathe better during workout and normally. I feel stronger too. Im sure that if I make changes to my diet, I will loose weight but I struggle with food a lot so thats why I havent done anything ab it yet. But I will!

Hope this helps someone who wants to do this.

Edit: there is some more definition on my midsection as it went down a little but I have quite a bit of fat there as that is where I store fat the most

I have definitely noticed a huge difference in my waistline and flattened my stomach a little and I just started doing pilates on a daily to every other day basis for about a month. This video just about killed me and I had to take a lot of breaks, but I feel so good and the endorphins are flowing!! Thanks, Madeleine!!!

I’ve been doing this workout a couple of times a week for the past month and it’s definitely my most consistent and fav to date 😝 one tip I’d like to add on is definitely following up on Madeleine’s advice with modifying the routine if you’re unable to do it, I totally struggled with performing some of the moves in the beginning so I decided to just repeat the ones that I was able to do a bit more easily. This helped with keeping myself accountable with working out for a certain period of time, and also with just keeping up with the video. And this was honestly the best decision ever because now I’m able to do this entire routine without struggling too hard :) Madeleine is also the best, she has always been one of my fav fitness influencers 💓

Forgot to update but ive been doing this workout and others consistently and im down like 4 pounds and my stomach is super flat and more defined. I also have more strength!

Holy crap!! This kicked my butt, but in a GREAT way! I loooove the fact that it’s low impact. I tried to get into tHE viral 2 week workout(not gonna mention the name lol), but I legit couldn’t walk for a week straight after just one workout.😳This one, however, doesn’t have me sore whatsoever! It’s officially part of my new daily workout. THANK YOU!!!!
