The more I watch, the more I finish nearly in tears! It's like doing these classes is unlocking doors in my mind to a level of peace that I didn't know needed to be opened. Woke up super tired today, and chose this one because I needed a break while still working hard— I LOVE how you're able to teach muscle connection here, I've never felt more focused on what muscles and bones I'm moving through YEARS of working out, and I feel like I was able to bond with my physiology today in a way I've yet to experience in my little life. Thank you!!!

A lovely workout and great to see the sun rising where you are. Also thanks for saying not to worry if we don’t look like you doing a forward fold! I never look like that as I can hardly bend much but I do what I can. Thanks for being encouraging for those of us like me.

This was EXACTLY what I needed this morning! I loved that this workout was gentle, but challenging at the same time. I really felt the burn in my glutes and legs/thighs, and my abs were on fire during the abs series. THANK YOU for this amazing full-body workout!

This was my first time doing Pilates in years. I was obsessed in high school, as in I had a problem. I did Pilates for 2 hours a day, and barely ate. Now, nearly 10 years later, I’m coming back to it. This time with a fueled body and a balanced mindset. I loved the vibe of your practice- just challenging enough for a beginner and just chill enough to make me want more.
