Hi Guys!

WOW we started wellness month in such an amazing way! Thank you so much for all the positive messages and all the re-posts of the workouts so far. It makes me so happy to know that you are enjoying this as much as I am!

For our full body workout week I created another Pilates flow. This is great to do in combination with any HIIT workout.

I have really noticed when I practice Pilates myself that my body feels more aligned, toned and lengthened. Let me know if you feel the same too!

It really doesn’t matter what your goals are in the upcoming month because every little step towards a healthier and happier lifestyle is a step in a great direction!

When I watch it my thoughts were like it's so easy but to my surprise it was hard and it make me realise that my arms are weak I need to become strong.... keep going 🙂..

This workout is way much harder than the 30mins pilates workout omg.... it is a nice and calm workout! I am slowly to like doing pilates workout now :D

I love this workout, and not only this one but all of them. They are short but challenging and if you practise them regularly, you can see the improvement. There is just one think that drives me crazy and it is counting :).
