I finished this a while ago and let me tell you IT IS WORTH IT!!! I have never been so happy with my body like when I did this. I had much more energy everyday and felt much happier! Also my body got really toned

I completed this 8-week workout yesterday and it works! I definitely gained strength and feel better about myself. I didn't lose a lot of weight because I gained muscle and it's okay. I definitely sleep better and eat better. Some days I couldn't manage to do these workouts because of other life events but it is okay (maximum 3 days). Highly recommend this workout for everyone! Thank you to Joanna and her team! This is the first workout program I have ever completed.

Starting workout again from today after 2 weeks break(will be updating for next 30 days)[updating because it feels like a check mark and gives the feeling of”yeah i did it”]
Day1: weight 80kgs- easy but sweating
Day2:weight 80kgs- not much tired but felt burn in my arms
Day3:weight 79.8kgs- my arms are sore and squats never felt this good before today, i used to hate doing squats but now i love it.
Day4:weight 79.8kgs- thighs on fire, added 10 mins jumping jacks to it
Day5:weight 78.9kgs- perfect cardio
I took 5 days break because i was out of town And i forgot to update yesterday’s weight
Day6: weight 77.1kgs - didn’t have the band but did it anyway
Again took break
Day7 :weight 77.1 kgs- Was not in the mood but did it anyway
Break. ….
Day8:weight 76.1kgs- fogot to update yesterday
Day9:weight 78.6kgs(bloating +festival season break) kick boxing was I’m so tired😶‍🌫️
Day10:weight:78kgs: arms are stronger than before
Day11:weight 77.6kgs:my legs are sore even tho it was abs
Day12: weight 77.4kgs: never done ballet before it was fun and sweating(today It was supposed to be 21days complete but i took breaks between my workouts)

Back in 2015 I follow your workout program and it was really effective. i was so tone and fit. I recommend your youtube channel to all my friends and family. Fast forward 2024 I now have 2 kids and 2 dogs became a busy mom. I decided to follow your workout program again. I just halfway through 8 weeks program so will update this when i’m done.

I started this workout programme, yesterday
Weight - 71.6 kgs
Height - 5.1'
Conditions - overweight, pcos etc etc
Goal - 60 kgs
I am pairing this with intermittent fasting
I will update my results/progress every week here for myself
Day-2: damn the arms and abs session was sooo on fire. Although I completed the whole session, but i couldn't do exercises for as long as they were, but i happy I tried my best. And this is such an amazing and promising one. I am so lucky to find this channel. I'll continue doing it. Love you ❤

I don't know if you're reading this, but you're the first and only youtube/video workout coach (I don't know the proper title), where I actually feel motivated even though I can't do all of your exercise perfectly... but I actually try and do my best.

I also like, that it's only up to 45 minutes a day, I am still working (physically) a lot so this actually fits for me.
Thank you for your hard work and for this workout plan. I thought I lost all hope getting more energy, strength, losing weight, but somehow you reignited the fire 🤗🙇‍♀️🙇‍♀️

I'm writing this comment to say "Thank you so much to Joana". I've finished 4 weeks just today from this 8 weeks challenge and my progress is quite satisfying. Your detailed guidance on body posture on each movement is totally impressing as well as your encouraging and pushing words throughout the whole circuits are also quite helpful to be able to stand till the end of each day. I've lost almost 9 lbs after trying 4 weeks of your workout challenges. Thank you. ❤️

Doing this after so many years! I used to watch you when I was highly insecure as an early teen, now that I grew older I’m starting this challenge just to gain stamina and not to change my body composition. I LOVE U SMMM JOANNA❤❤

OMG I was just confused about my workout plan and I wanted a 8 week workout plan for weight loss and u just posted this video..really can u read people's minds?..ur grt joanna thank you so much for these videos..I'm 13 yr old and with the help of your videos I was able to lose 4 kgs and I'm going to lose more. So I am doing this. I’m gonna comment every day. I am doing this to get back in shape and loose a few pounds so I can focus on bulking up a bit in 2022!!!
☑️Day 1: This was a good workout. Not to tough but had very minor soreness the next day. Great start and excited to see what I can do in the next 8 weeks.
☑️Day 2: My arms were on fire during the 2nd circuit of this workout. This was a step up from the first day. But I kept going. Some soreness afterwards but not much.
☑️Day 3: This was definitely a step up. Both circuits were very difficult. I wanted to give up but kept going. My body was shaking the whole 2nd Circuit. But I’m gonna keep going.

I’m not working out for so long and my body started aching due to lack of activity so I decided to smash this program!
Week one:
D1: ✅ It felt soo good my body was so happy even though some exercises were a little challanging
D2: ✅ I did it with lots of mini rests but I liked it a lot
D3: ✅ I had a one week break after day 2 so i repeated them. Today’s workout was soo challenging but DONE
D4: ✅ I did the workout with weights it was good
D5: ✅

Just started last FEB 5, 2021. Writing my GOALS now so I CAN BE REMINDED ALL the time and never STOP exercising anymore SO THAT I WON'T GET SICK ANYMORE DUE TO OVERWEIGHT.
