I am 16 years old girl . Weight is 42. I start the exercise after 10 board exam 15/3/24 doing this exercise i can't believe this . I want 47 kg weight . I try everyday literally changed in my body. So every skinny person try this exercise ❤

I did at home workouts for like 3 -4 month and what I know is that you won't really see changes but you will definitely feel them. You get a lot stronger and the workouts get easier.
