By popular demand, here is the 1000 Calorie workout! Intensive burn, suitable to be performed at home with just the weight of your body.

The workout activates all the major muscles areas in your body: Lower body, Upper body and Abs/Obliques. It's an excellent training routine to perform if you want to get a leaner body, burn the excessive fat and achieve great weightloss results!

Hello people that just so happen to find this comment! I just want to share some things I found useful and got me through this workout

1. First of all don’t get discouraged, it is tough but just do as much as you can the first day and try to do better the next!

2. If you’re like me and have like no upper body strength I recommend changing the position of some of the moves, such as the up up down down, try doing it on your knees for the first couple of weeks and when you feel like you’ve gotten stronger try it on your feet.

3. I found it really helpful to just close my eyes and listen to the voice when doing the jumping jacks, before I knew it I was already done!

4. Keep in mind that it does get better! The first day was actual hell for me, I got around 58 mins in and everything started trembling but I still decided to push through the 2 hours, the next day I took another stab at it and it was not nearly as bad! The first time around is always the worst.

5. Try not to think about what you’re doing, I found it a lot easier to think of a specific memory, moments or conversations I had with people.

I completed this workout with minimal breaks and used all my strength to get through it.
At this point, I don't even care how many calories I burned. I am so proud of myself for reaching this milestone. This was inspiring. Ahhh m gonna lie down on the mat now.
And for those reading this, before you begin this workout, just visualize yourself after 2 hours - of how proud and grateful you would be for have made the right choice - remember that feeling of satisfaction and the sense of achievement you get after every workout. Last month, I still manage to do the first hour even I'm obbese my weight was 120 kg. And when i does this i am 116 kg. Now I am 80 kg and still doing and healthy diet. Thank you

I did this from two days with a strict diet ND I lost 3kg.
Now for God's sake. Listen to music while you do this or this will be hell for u. Trust me the music does help.
I'm now on day 4.

i lasted for 12 minutes, im so dead rn! but ive been doing this for 2 weeks now + some diet and i last for 40-50 mins and ive lost 14 kgs unbelirvable ....thankyou so started at 64 now im 50...im 168cm.

Omg just finished doing this. This hurts like hell yall but Its worth it. If you’re willing to do it 4 times a week and have the time to do it.

OH MY GOD. I know this seems UNBELIEVABLE but i completed this WHOLE entire workout routine for the WHOLE 2 Hours in one DAY and i’m 12 years old!!

I've finished the whole 2 hours and it was really hard and mentally challenging. Muscles are aching but definitely is worth it!
