Good exercises. I lost 70 pounds with proper nutrition and exercise. I don't starve myself or do cardio every single day. It's possible, just have to be committed. I'll eat a burger or pizza from time to time when I crave it. Consistency is key

Roberta your workout are awesome. can you answer my question. I have met an accident 6months back and my left wrist had a fracture, now I am unable to do planks with my wrist. I am weight of 90kgs and I want to loose my weight at arms, thighs, butt and also heavy cholesterol levels. So please suggest me workouts and exercises according to my wrist condition.
