This warm up helps to improve circulation throughout the entire body but pays close attention to the legs and glutes.

Spend 30 seconds in each exercise paying close attention to your breathing and the dynamic stretches in each move.

I know it's lazy but I do these 5 minute 'warm ups' as workouts between classes, I reckon if I do 4 of them a day it'll go towards improving my fitness levels, don't have time the or patience for longer workouts.

I am curious, is it ok to use this warm up in the morning just these videos without any workout and should i do all the warm up videos at the same time or its ok if i do everyday morning one of those videos until finish it and repeat ( because i am trying to lose some weight but first i want to warm up my body and start an easy work out in the morning) so please answer me😭❤️

Do you do this at the gym every time??
The gym I go to is quite small and there's no room for this kind of warm up plus everybody would be staring at me cause nobody does that sort of exercises there. Dudes just go there and grab the weights straight from the door.
