Love how this starts off slow and transitions ; not jumping around right away just eases into the warm up. 😁💪

Excellent warm-up for all major muscles. I like the way it starts off slow, and works up to jumping jacks at the end. My favorite warm-up.

What I like about this warm up is that it slowly builds you up. It starts out relatively easily, and then gradually gets to something that is more intense. Not that this is an overall workout, but it does it in such a progressive way.

I absolutely love this channel. You and Kelly have the most soothing personalities and voices. You really encourage people to do their best while acknowledging that not everyone may be able to do the moves. I've probably watched the 10 and 20-minute butt and leg workouts like 50 times over the past 5 years. Thanks for everything you do! 👏

This warmup is great, thanks for the tips! I have arthritis on my knees but I felt no pain unlike some whole body warm ups I've encountered :)

I usually do a few yoga moves before I even get out of bed, but still needed something to really get me going. This was just what I needed to wake my body up in the morning! Thank you for continuing to keep your workouts available for us!

I love this site... I like how you think.. and as an 'older' person... it's wonderful to do 5, 10 and 15 minute workouts all day ...when ever I start to feel lethargic.. I just tune in and perk up... wonderful ! thanks so much !
