this cardio was so burning I was gonna give up at 92% but seeing how close I was to 100% I didn’t give up and I’m proud of it💗

Amazing workout, Anna! Perfect timing as for me. At the end it’s difficult to cope with either 50 or 40 sec on. So i loved the 40/10, 30/10, 20/10 pace. Love your workouts ❤️. Have been doing them for more than two years already. Thanx for your effort and dedication

wow wow wow! Thank you Anna, that was a perfect start in the weekend! I always prefere the "all standing workouts" as there are no lying-ab-exercises, which slow down the heartbeat. I especially loved the huge amount of new exercises (balance skaters, pulsing snowboard jumps, star jump variations (especially in the middle of the workout and not as a finisher, abolute killer!) etc.)
At first i thought i did't need the reduction of time from 40 sec. to 20 sec. but it came along at the perfect time! LOVED IT!

As much as I love the standing workouts, this was not knee friendly
It was hard for me to keep up, so for anyone having knee problems I definitely recommend the low impact workouts!
This was still an amazing workout!

loving the new star jump variations !! another idea is "in out jump to star jump" i think star jumps are my fave along with tuck jumps !! can we have more if these in upcoming workouts ? 🥰🥰😍🌶

Hi girl! It was an awesome workout 💪 I've always like doing sports and hitting the gym, but couldn't lose weight, people usually asked me "why are you fat if you do exercise?" that made me feel so bad and unmotivated, I was so unsecured and with low self-esteem.
But 1 year ago I was diagnosed with PCOS ang got treatment, I found your channel I have lost 20kg, I am so happy and motivated, I have finally found my way through these hard times. Thank you for this amazing channel, you are amazing!
