Definitely a fan of this one. Minimal jumping means friendly on the knees. The HIIT segments included a few "breath catchers"/strength focused elements so you could actually go full bore on the cardio segments and recover between if you're not already in peak fitness (which I'm not, lol!). I did add weights to the punches at the end because I felt good, and finished with a ton of energy. Can't complain about that! Thanks for putting these together! May YT pay you well for it. You're helping a lot of people who either can't or won't go to the gym get the training we all benefit from!

I'm so glad I found this channel! Due to an arm injury, I haven't been able to do my regular workouts so I turned to YouTube and was doing walking workouts but they weren't challenging enough. I was so excited to find your All Standing Cardio HIIT yesterday. I never would have thought to Google something like that. Thank you for bringing the challenge back to my weekday mornings!

I do this work out all every day and record with my Apple Watch, I burn anywhere between 260-290 calories, not 500. I do every step as it’s done and I still move around even with the 15 seconds break. I love his work out and I’m glad I found his channel

I am very grateful. It consumes ~200 kcal but I feel better after workout. I hope I can keep the workout routine with Nobadaddiction. Thank you alot.
