Good morning Lucy hope you are well ❤. This was a great work out which I'm going to follow up with the 5mins cardio and that will be me done for the day. Also I can't believe this as I'm writing it but yesterday I did a 5k run !! 😅. Not very fast at 41mins but I wanted to complete it and walked when I needed it. Legs feel tired but in a good way 😊😊. Never in a million years would I have done it had it not been for your 4 week running challenge and my husband's support and son who ran with me ❤. You have made this 48 year old perimenopausal woman run/jog still am in shock 😂😂. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. For anyone else do give Lucy's running challenge a go, the happy feeling afterwards is nothing I've ever felt before. I find being outdoors walking or running l/jogging is the best medicine of all. ❤ Thank you so much 🙏🙌

Good morning Lucy hope you are well 😊. What a great little 5mins abs work out which i will try and remember to add to your cardio workouts. So effective as i enter the final week of my 4 week personalised work out programme 😅. It has flown past and despite not being overly conscious of my eating i have lost 0.2g each week for past 3 weeks since starting the programme. Started at 65.4kg and last Thursday was at 65kg im still heavier than ive been 😢but just shows with the right workouts it can make a difference. Can't thank you enough for everything Lucy ❤🙏
