Nice to the alternate option to doing the routine. It’s a good alternate for those of us with knee issues.

at first time was so hard. i didnt know the movement properly. almost gave up... but right now is my 3rd time! good workout! keep working!

Can I skip the warm up if I do 30 minutes of cardio ? I usually do 20 minutes of treadmill, 10 minutes of cycle. Or rowing machine. Is that ok to start off with the dumbbells soon after the cardio ???
