i hate it when people say her workouts don't work. i've been doing this vid and extreme abs six days a week for the past three weeks and sculpted a 6 pack. less than 20 mins a day and you can get amazing results!

For those on the fence about following Cassey, I’ve been doing her workouts since freshman year of high school and just graduated college :) it’s truly a journey and I’ve had to recondition sooo many times. But it gets simpler to follow her workouts. Sometimes you don’t have to go as fast as her and you’ll learn how to properly breathe and do the moves. You’ll also learn alternative movements here and there. One of the best ways to see results is to do your cardio before the strength videos. You also really need to stop eating all those unhealthy treats 😭 but don’t beat yourself up over it. I’ve gone from being super disciplined and following her meal plans, to eating fast food constantly, to incorporating healthy meals with some sugar treats here and there. It’s a journey and is fun to be on! I’ve paused my Pilates and went to the gym for the treadmill and weights and have even gone to OrangeTheory. But I always go back to Cassey!

I clicked on this video thinking “oh a 5 minute work out let’s try it for fun” this gave me a harder time than those 30-40 minute ab workouts do
