Kyack move is my favorite. I noticed when I lifted my feet off the ground, my lower back collapsed a little bit. Any tips on how to prevent that? Thanks!

OMGARSH! I love love this quick ab set. Especially since I have a bad tailbone from falling off a horse a few years ago, and doing this I had no problems at all!! Thank you ladies!!!! I'm so excited to do this five days a week now! 💗

My favorite move was the plank with the arm rotations. That was H-A-R-D!!! I couldn't get through them all, but I felt my abs immediately on that move. My upper body strength is partly to blame for that. I still have to modify my pushups occasionally and do them on my knees when I'm doing high reps. So, the hardest part was staying in the full plank the whole time. I'm going to add that move to my routine. It gives me something to work up to.

Loved the reverse bird dog. Really effective for lower belly which is where I need to concentrate. The 5 minutes went really fast so I know it was a good workout!
