There are a lot of ways to lose fat and get in shape. You can choose to start from the waist up or work your way down. Either way, whatever body parts you choose to focus on or whichever exercise you go with, it's important that you select the best set of routines for your body's needs. Not all exercises are created to yield the same satisfactory result so it's important to fond which ones work for you.

Now today is another workout option for you to try. This is a 2-week workout challenge that will burn your lower body fat to remove excess fat in your legs, glutes, and thighs and then shaping and toning them to achieve a shapely lower body.

In two weeks some of you may not achieve the results that you're expecting. That actually depends on the body you're starting with. Results differ depending on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. Which means that you also need to consider where you're starting with and give yourself some ample consideration to avoid frustration.

I did this workout for 14 days and I'm not lying... it helped me alot in weight loss....I lost 2 kgs in 2 weeks....and it also made my body flexible and I can feel my body U so much for all of your sessions....Also it has made me motivated to do it more nd more untill I reach my goal!❤

Hi roberta's gym. I. Am currently 12 years old and l have gain my weight so much and l am bullied at school everyday by my so called bestie 😢 but after all l decided to do workout everyday and night to lose my fat l am doing ur exercise like for 2 to 3 yrs and l have burn a little fat now l know whoever is reading this comment will be thinking that how can you just burn a little fat after doing exercises for 2 to 3 actually before l was just not doing exercise properly so l just loss a little weight and that time l was not having much courage to do but now l have enough and whoever is reading this comment and those who are fat and had gain so much weight and bullied everyday in the school like me... come on you can do this 😊 l know l have wrote so much 😅 but anyways wish me luck and also do exercise every day and l want to thank robertas gym to making like this videos l have just done now this exercise and l feel sooo 😊 Thank u thank u you so so so much robertas

I've been doing this for 7 consecutive days and the result is already visible. I skipped the planks because of my back problems, but overall I feel great now. Thank you so much.

Day2: done omg it looks long but it is soo short it might feel pain but it all worth it.

Okay, so this workout actually works. I have shredded 2 inches in my lower belly in 15 days. I was not exactly measuring in the first week, as I mostly do workouts to keep me active and fit. But after one week, I was like what the hell let's measure and check if it was actually cutting some inches. Turns out it does help to tone down the lower body if you religiously do it for 14 days. However, along with this, I was drinking two liters of water every single day although I was not on any particular diet and was also doing Lucy's 1000 steps at home. Probably the culmination of all which I saw in the result. Thanks to Roberta's gym for creating these awesome and strategic workout videos. In one single video, they add cardio, strength, and all you need. I hope this comes useful to those who are trying this now. Having said that, also want to say workout, and burning those unwanted fats should be a fun process, not to beat yourself up if you are not seeing your desired results in a couple of days. Keep it up all the beautiful people out there. Much love.

Hey all,
Here is my update
Day 1 - April 21, 2024= I spent total 3-4 hours to complete the whole workout as my body was aching due to movement after so long. But I felt good, it gave me a sense of accomplishment today which I was looking for recent times in my life. hope to see you all tomorrow
