It’s that time of year for a lot of people where the Winter coats are coming off and Summer is approaching. This Pilates 14 Day Challenge was created for anyone that is looking to gain more strength, tone the stomach, build a firmer butt, and who is ready to welcome the Summer with full force. I’ve carefully designed this challenge to help you achieve great results in just 14 days of fully committing to completing all the videos suggested as well as keeping a clean and healthy diet.

This pilates video is paired with a different video each day to help you burn fat, tone the muscles, and build flexibility. Its all about making that one commitment to yourself. To dedicate 30-45 minutes each day to you. To breathe, to stretch, to challenge the body to new levels which with time will only bring amazing results, strength, and energy to your everyday life.

♥ CHALLENGE GUIDELINES ♥

♥ Rest day includes a yoga session so you can stretch those sore muscles

♥ Drink at least 2 L of water per day through the challenge.

♥ Include at least one dark green leafy salad per day.

♥ Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night so your muscles have time to recover and rest.

♥ And always remember one last thing, if you want the best results you have to apply 2 rules and stick to them: You have to work hard AND eat clean.

just wanted to say 2 years later and I still come back to this challenge when I need my stomach to tone up fast, or I want a full body feel good sweat. Guys this challenge actually works if you do it for the full two weeks, I'm talking like actual noticeable changes in the look of your stomach and the back of your legs. Somedays it's seriously the last thing you want to do but just remember how much better you'll feel 17 mins later! Thank you Juliana for your amazing commitment to this channel and for sharing this wonderful lifestyle you've made. XOXO

This is my absolute favorite out of all Juliana’s workouts!!
I can’t thank you enough for this amazing set!
It gives me the best results. My stomach looks amazing and I’ll be 40 next year. It also works great for the side hips and glutes.
This workout is so difficult in the beginning, but don’t give up because the results absolutely worth all your efforts and hard work! You got it!!

I’m on day 5 wow my body is already feeling tight . I’m coming over from Tracey Anderson which I’ve done for 13 yrs I have a saw hip. Honestly I feel better already and my body is already looking more tone Juliana has such a beautiful vibe . Thankyou for all this free content.

A bit of exercise every day and you'll get to where you want to go" but easier said than done. I am 52 years old and have always been a fanatic about some sort of exercise. I foolishly took a year break and OMG. That was the worse mistake. My arthritis got worse, hips hurt, and lower back was a killer. I have been doing your 20 or 30 minute pilates M-F starting my second month now and OMG in a great way. I feel awesome. Coincidentally, the leg circles exercise in this video realigned my hips, legs, and back when I was in serious pain and could not move normally. I don't know why it made me healthy and mobile again (and it may not be safe for everyone), but thank you very much!!!

I've been dealing with a neck injury the past two weeks and it has really been bumming me out that I haven't been able to do any form of exercise besides walking. I had made a lot of progress the past few months and I can feel where it has set me back. I'm finally in a place where I can move relatively pain free again. I decided to start off with this workout and it is amazing. It is challenging and easy on my joints. I did the second challenge video today and it kicked my ass. Looking forward to see how far I get!! Thank you!
