This exercise is dynamite. And by that I mean it blew me away! I am now on day 13 . I started out at 183 lbs & I am currently at 178lbs. Am so motivated now that I will extend the 14 days to 30 days. For bigger women on the fence, this works. I’ve lost 10 lbs in a month. 5 of those, in the last 6 days. Might have to tweak a few things to find what will melt the pounds off. Started Irene’s work outs at 192 lbs. 182 lbs currently. What’s working for me: goals are- 3 bottles of water a day. 2 palm sized servings of fruit a day. A big a** salad. Then eat whatever I want. Do one of Irene’s 15 min videos (I change it up now), and try to get between 6k-10k steps a day.
Will be editing daily for accountability to myself. Wow, awesome workout. Thank you so much ❤
Day one: ✅ felt super sluggish and finding moves challenging to position myself correctly. Felt the burn hours later in my stomach. Had WAY more energy that lasted the whole day, than I’ve had literally in years.
Day two: ✅ felt much more energetic while doing, and after. Still working on correct form. Focused on holding navel in today as well.
Day 3: ✅ soo I lost 3 lbs 😳 and can comfortably* fit in a pair of jeans I’ve had to use an elastic rubber band in, instead of the button for 2 years lol.
Day four: ✅ definitely felt my body resisting today. Coordination felt like first day but worse lol. Feel more energetic now that it’s done tho 😊
Day 5: ✅ woke up with old knee injury pain flaring up (not from this, whacked the heck out of it on something lol), debated not doing today. Decided to go slow though, and after the two minute warm up jog and a few of the moves, pain went away! Some of the exercises are getting more fluid like, some still feel foreign to me to get right.
Day 6: ✅ arms and booty burned while doing. Feeling it all over. Noticed my overhang flappy belly (2 csections and 2 other abdominal surgeries) looks a bit firmer.
Day 7: ✅ hubby noticed I’m slimmer :) can do the more challenging moves at same temp as her. Getting there :)
Day 8: ✅ sides of overhang are starting to firm up a tiny bit. For me, that is huge, as I have a lot of hanging belly leftover from csections and losing about 65 lbs after last born was born. Tired of doing this specific routine, but it works. Might play some music for the remaining days to keep me motivated.
Day 9: ✅ easier and felt shorter
Day 10: skipped, wanted to do- but didn’t make the time this am. Will get back at it tomorrow :)
Day 11: ✅ a bit brutal after eating pizza for dinner last night 😂 felt pretty sluggish at the beginning. Feeling good now it’s done tho :) back rolls look like they’re slimming down a lot, actually 😳
Day 12: ✅ feeling better overall, can tell it’s working. Will be switching things up once this 14 days is done though. It’s definitely helped doing a modified diet, wouldn’t say healthy, but loads healthier for me lol. I’ll be continuing this type of workout because I enjoy it, but in order to shed some of my hangover belly, I know I’m going to have to work harder and incorporate more bodyweight type exercise and figure out a healthy lifestyle of eating to jumpstart it more.
Day 13: ✅
Day 14: ✅ really enjoyed this, but looking forward to changing it up now :) I never took measurements, so not for sure how much I lost. But I know it is effective. Will take longer for big girls like me, this definitely motivated me to start though :) will keep doing some of Irene’s through the week along with other exercises.

💫 I am noticing my whole body looks slimmer. And feeling much better overall and mentally alert.

Not many workouts out there have worked for me. Especially with having had 2 csections and an appendectomy and hernia repair, and having diastasis recti.

For all of you guys. I tried this exercise 01 Mei 2023 and still going. My weight 65kg before and now 60kg. THIS IS REALLY WORK!! And another things. I dont do any diets, im still eat a lot but i working out everyday with this video. Thank youu irane...

I'm a mother of two where both are c-sec babies and little one is 9 months. I'm doing this exercise for last 20 days with 30 mins running. I have quite a good big pouch in my belly. In this 20 days I've reduced little more than a inch. The change in my belly can be seen clearly. Moreover I'm not on any diet rather I take my regular food. But it's very important to do the exercises regularly. Best wishes ❤️❤️ for all the mommy who are really wonder woman ❤️ doing everything for her child.
** To add I'm still going on with this exercise and also increased duration of running. My little daughter has turned 10 months and my elder son is 3.5 yrs. Trying to get back in my comfortable me. God bless all ❤️❤️

I've gained 40 lbs in fourish years... Health stuff... And stagnation. You've given me hope. I used to be fit and such a good dance now I can barely bend over to tie my shoes.... So this .. this is gonna make 2023 my come back year. Thank you for sharing and the inspiration

I am now 50lbs lighter.. muscle tone is back, I'm stronger ... By a lot, and I know over 40 kpop dance routines. ... Alas, I've plateaued and still have 20lbs to go, plus my body fat percentage is still too high... I'm gonna get there, I can do this.

Remember folks, everybody’s body is different. Adjust however you need to. For optimal results, shift to eating for health as well. Eat your colors! Eat from the soil! Take your supplements & drink plenty of water. Get rest when you can. Pray & meditate to help with stress. Most importantly, be patient & kind to yourself in whatever your goal is❤️❤️💯

Hello dear! I started this exerciseon 1st December 2022. I was stack at 77kg. Today on 9th January 2023 am 73kg. Is really helpful. Am very happy and my target is 68kg according to my height. Am still fighting hopefully. Thank you very much. Greetings from Malawi🥂💕

I LOVE THIS! The young woman shows before and after photos. I don't like when a skinny woman does the exercises. That's not encouraging. I want to see someone who shows results! Thank you ever so much. This is really encouraging. Even if I can't do all of the exercises I can certainly try to do most of them. YAY! I also like that some of them look like dance moves. I love dancing to exercise at home.

I completed my 14th day on Thursday. Thank you. I lost 2.5 kgs(5.5lbs) and one inch of belly fat, measuring the biggest part of the belly. From round to a bit more curvy waist. Pretty amazing result. I walked for 30 minutes, followed this exercise, and another one (Exercise to Lose Weight). I'll keep exercising.

I followed the workout for the 14 days i started on sept 15 and yesterday was my last day.all i can say is it is working i have lost inches in my tummy.Will take a break today and start back tomorrow

I started 1 session today, I could only do bits and pieces of 10 minutes I took a shower, my thighs are still sore from bending to thrust my self, my shoulder blades feel wow, it's a start! We are heading into spring time here in New Zealand, I'm ready to claim my summer body back because I want to swim with my kids at the beach and local pools comfortably rather than miserably.. thank you for sharing

am 49, unfit, put weight on finally, now you are helping me to shape my middrift! i have bad cardio n lungs but did yr moves alittle slower, still sweaty at the end and hope to speed up as i familiarise with the routine. u got me smiling n working out thankyou ;)

Who started this work out thinking, "easy peasy let me just do it " only to get to minute three breathless and sweating!

I’m back with goods news guys 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 i started this work out on the 11th of august and I missed two days( Sunday and Monday) I didn’t work out on this two days. I was 72kg when I checked my weight on the 10th of august before starting the work out the next day. I just checked my weight now and my weight is 65kg, I lost 7kg already. I’m so excited. I coupled this work out with intermittent fasting and some other work out. Thanks a lot Mrs Irene.

I followed this program for the 14 days and it really works. My belly has deflated and I have lost 3cm off my waist.
I just started another round of exercise with you again and I can't wait to see the results at the end of this month.

Had to stop this exercise for a few days do to a medical concern but thank God for taking care of that. Am back in the groove with it again & as I stated in my previous comment, this exercise is is dy- no- mite! I have gone beyond the 30 days and my belly is looking great. Melting the love handle muffintop look away. Key is commitment! Once again thanks for sharing this video. When you put your heart into something great things can be accomplished. Will share the end result when I reach my goal. Aiming for160lbs. Only 15lbs to go. Happy Exercising.❤
