I’ve done this workout this morning, and yesterday I went on a run… today I’m literally cooked, my legs are shaking, but I’m feeling good… I’m loving these workouts Anna❤❤❤❤❤❤

wow! it was my first advanced workout, and to be honest, I felt the difference, ahaha. in the end I almost fell, but I finished and now very proud of myself.

Oh my goodness this was i.n.t.e.n.s.e.!❤ I was a bit sceptical because usually I dangle in the beginner zone of your workouts and this was advanced, but I wanted to challenge myself today with this and actually pushed through!!! The killer at the end was cruel (for I hate burpees to the death and was already sweating and breathing heavy) but it made me feel so proud to make it to the end! Thank you so much, you really help me every day with your videos❤❤ And to anyone who reads this: YOU CAN MAKE IT! The feeling afterwards is sooo worth it! Push through!💪🎉
