Gosh, this was a killer! I had to pause quickly a couple of times just to take a breath. This was my first Tabata workout in years, and it felt really tough. I had to make some modifications, because of my chronic back pain, but I was so happy when I actually managed to finish this one. Thank you! ^^

This one is my favorite Anna workout. Done it already so many times. Perfect combination of cardio and weights. Not too long. Amazing background. Just chefs’ kiss.

Oh wow. I got to give to all those who attempt this workout. This was a killer. I used 20 lbs for most and did 15lbs for others. I couldn't do split lunge jumps all the way. I took a couple of seconds break and kept going. My legs were on fire. I'm proud that I could finally do the squat dumbell swings.

This felt amazing!! As a college cross country and track runner, I have been following your workouts for some strength building and cardio. I am also student teaching this semester, and need to train before my work day starts. Your workouts are super fast and effective, and I am always drenched in sweat. I love how I can easily do them in my on campus house because I am in the downstairs and do not have anyone I will bother.

Oh my goodness, the intensity just kept building. I had to modify with no weights at the 87% mark. I completed this after a 20-minute Metcon workout with weights. Such a challenge for the heart!!
