▸ Time: 20 Min + cool down stretches
▸ Equipment: Light Dumbbells (I'm using 2x4kg for your reference)

Workout:
▸ Warm Up
▸ Workout 50 sec on, no rest
▸ Finisher 35 sec on, no rest
▸ Cool Down 30 sec on, 10 sec off

Thank you for your workouts!! 9 months later and I am able to do pushups off my knees, I’m the most flexible I have ever been and my body feels strong. I also feel so much better after workouts instead of pushing until I break and constantly chasing pains, I feel balance between training, resting, and recovery. Thank you for this new approach!!
