I was able to get through this workout with almost no breaks! When I first starting doing your work outs about a year ago, I asked my boyfriend (who used to play football and would work out 7 hours a day) to do them with me. He kind of was like whatever it looks easy...2 minutes in he was dying. Now he is doing the 21 day tone with me and he even said today, This woman has earned my full respect and her workouts are some of the hardest I've done. Especially on Day 3 of the 21 day tone.

I used to be a very active person then this pandemic happened and my masters that I was doing in Spain, my thesis research, mi job prospects all has put on hold, got another direction or just faded, I wasnt at home where my babies (pets) kept me always active, I could ride (dressage) so I got in some sort of depression that I would spend all day in bed playing with the phone... your routines have guideded me back to be myself again and I know its a long road, Im just glad I run into one of your videos on tiktok and here I am on my way to be myself again THANKS.

Been noticing a difference in my arms, even in the small things! Able to pick up heavier bags with ease, and lift myself easier while doing knee pushups! (Yet to reach the actual push-ups phase😅)It's the small things :D Off to do this one now 💪#motivated THANK YOU CASSEY <3

honestly, this is the only workout challenge that I have fully committed to! I love working out, but I don't enjoy super intense cardio heavy workout challenges that require you to work out an hour a day. I love pilates and ballet barre, etc. so thank you Cassey for this amazing challenge that is really getting me back into shape!!!

I was on my couch and I was just gonna watch this through to see if I could save it for a future workout. Somehow I went from sitting on my couch and doing the first part to standing up and finishing the rest. Now my arms hate me, but glad I did it 😂

Thank you Casey for making your workout routines SO accessible. It’s hard to start an hour long workout and often times unrealistic, so I love how most of your videos are 20 minutes or less, and your playlists are 40 minutes or less. I also appreciate how most of your workouts don’t include weights (and when they do you show modifications), and are apartment friendly. Been doing your workouts for almost 8 years now, and I love watching you grow! Thanks for feeling like both a coach and a friend <3

Day 6 done Yay. My shoulders are on fire :D didnt feel it that much in my arms. But i feel like shoulders are going to be sore tomorrow :)

blogilates is honestly the best youtube exercise channel... i have been doing this arm series for 2 months... and OMG... what a difference... It is ridiculous to actually see some people bashing this channel... im sure they didnt try her exercises.
