guys I just finished this workout and my abs and arms are hating me rn BUT ITS FREAKIN WORTH ITTTT. 2 weeks ago I wasn´t able to do one of Annas Workouts without atleast 5 extra breaks or smth... today I only took 1 extra break and it was only 10 seconds, I´m so proud of myself and of everyone who did this workout!

I’m only 11 but you inspire me to not look at other bodies but to focus on self love ❤️ I love your stuff! This workout was tough but after doing it multiple times I feel much stronger…. The reason I do these things are because I’m a competitive figure skater it’s hard to love my body even if I’m not overweight it’s just hard but thank you! 🙏

Wow Anna, das war mega gut! Hatte am nächsten Tag Muskelkater in den Oberarmen und etwas auch im Bauch, aber trotzdem war es machbar und nicht zu lange. Mit zwei kleinen Kindern hat man nicht immer die Zeit eine Stunde Sport zu machen und da liebe ich diese effektiven 20-30 Minuten Workouts. Danke vielmals 😘
