Welcome to Day 18 of the New Year Postpartum & Pregnancy January Workout Challenge! Today, we are doing a 20 Minute Arm Workout. I will use a pair of 5 lb dumbbells, but feel free to grab cans of beans, filled water bottles, or even do the workout without any weights at all. This workout is also diastasis recti safe.

Your videos are fantastic on every level. Love it that you’ve tailored these workouts for pregnancy/postpartum safety, that you provide gentler/more strenuous alternatives, proper warm ups/warm downs, and heaps of variety including yoga sessions, etc., and all for free. Also, fun fact, every time you smile I find myself smiling back, which fools me into thinking I’m actually enjoying the muscle burn 😂😂 reckon it has a placebo effect. I started at 6 weeks pp, now 10 weeks, abs are still pretty munted but I’ll get there! ~ Kia ora & kia kaha from New Zealand 🇳🇿

I had the goal of 40 workouts in 40 weeks but I hit it already around 30 weeks. I gave birth to my son in the end of october. ❤️ You have given me so much confident and I feel strong. Most important you gave back my motivation for exercising. 😍💪🏼 Now I am postpartum and even thought I wanted a natural birth my birth ended with C-section and you helped me recover so well.
