I did 23000 steps today. I've been averaging 15000 steps a day every day, and this is my 5th week. 34 days sober, too. 😊

I was in such poor shape I started at 500 steps a day, each week I increased the number by 250. I am now at 2750 a day. I feel better. I also started intermittent fasting. I have lost 10 pounds in 6 weeks.

It’s true about the fit bit. It motivates us to get those steps in. I’m 65 and today I got 18, 000 steps in. 🇨🇦

I have been walking around my apartment complex last few years. When the weather is nice I average about 13, 000 steps a day. People used to just watch me. Now they all comment on how much weight I've lost and now a lot of the ones who used to watch me pass me on their own walks. They are losing weight too.

I found a lot of enjoyment in walking and hiking, I lost 30 pounds and my parents called it “boring and not real exercise” and made me feel bad and just really put me down. I’ve started to go again and this was even more motivation to walk daily again thank you for the weight loss journey photos as inspiration ❤

I just did over 30, 500 steps yesterday and 12.55 miles.

The day before was 27k+ and 11 miles.

I walk a lot now but I used to stay in bed for 2 years and was 395 lbs. Now I walk a lot and weigh 289 lbs.

My highest weight was 490lbs as of April 2021, I'm now 330lbs April 1st 2022. I started walking at first maybe 2000 steps a day and now I'm walking around 8k-10k a day. My goal weight is under 200. I'm hoping to be there in the next year. My calorie count a day is 1200, My protein intake is between 80-150g a day, My water intake is 100oz-200oz a day.

Fully agree!! As soon as lockdown started, I got a Samsung watch and a backpack and walked everywhere!! 5, 647, 957 (yes, over 5 million) steps later, I'm 49lbs down and living my best life!! I totally get what you mean about feeling like you could walk forever! 😁

My weight was 234 lbs one month ago I start walking 10000 steps then in one month I went on 25000 steps every day I lose 20 lbs in one month really happy

Yes! I lost 15 kgs by walking at the park for 45 minutes a day. It was right for my chronic back pain, also I really enjoyed spending some time by myself in nature

I used to get winded after taking a shower and doing small chores. After 4 weeks of walking with 6000 steps I’ve notice a huge difference! I’m pushing 10, 000 steps in two weeks but man I’m loving every minute of it.

I got an Aldi fitness tracker in the new year. I walk everyday and I have gone from 217lbs to 125lbs in 8mths.
Walking is so effective for fat loss because you are in the fat burning zone and its not taxing.

56 and put weight on due menopause and lock down started walking every single day since Dec lost 40 lbs in 4 months still walking averaging 50 miles per week and now sitting at 120 lbs I love it and need go out every day

Just started walking after years of depression and social anxiety..how do you get there...rebirth...I created my negative feelings I can create positive...I am positive...got 11, 5541 steps in 2 incline hills felt amazing...not so sore today stretching is needed.. hopefully soon I can get back into work...and enjoy life so much more that is my goal...I will get there..love to all ..🏃🤸🧘💪❤️

I’ve never seen you before but this video came up for a reason I believe. I’m super morbidly obese and I’m very close to a number I never thought I’d be. I’m disabled, ;have fibromyalgia, crumbling spine, no cartilage in my knees and have arthritis in my neck. I can only walk for five minutes at a snails pace but this is where I feel your important message cames in. I never thought of breaking it down. There’s no way in hell I could walk for 30 minutes but I *can* break it down throughout the day. Thank You so much for sharing this positive message and for giving such valuable information. I've been serious about my weightloss for four months. Started at 308 pds now down to 274 pds. I've been slowly but surely increasing my steps every week. I'm feeling much better! I keep my calorie intake under 2000 calories 6 days a week. I allow myself one cheat day. I go my own pace. Slow and steady, doing my best to fix my relationship with my food.
